When the season ends, your players scatter across different cities, gyms, and schedules. Hive recreates the team environment remotely — keeping teammates connected, accountable, and training consistently all off-season long.

Instead of relying on coach-driven discipline, Hive taps into three psychological drivers that naturally motivate athletes to train.
Logging a workout on Hive is intentionally quick and simple. Athletes are first prompted to acknowledge their teammates' most recent workouts by sending Knucks. Then they log their own session by taking a start and end photo. This workout gets posted as a cell on the team Hive — where their teammates can send Knucks back.
Athletes are wired to work harder when they feel seen. When workouts are visible to and acknowledged by teammates, players are more likely to keep showing up. This ritual turns isolated, invisible training sessions into intentional moments of teammate connection and recognition.
Each hex in the honeycomb represents one completed workout. As athletes train throughout the week, the Hive fills toward the team's weekly goal. Every athlete can see exactly how much the team has contributed — and how much is left.
Training alone is a grind. Training as part of a team feels different. Watching the Hive fill up, seeing your hex added to the team's progress, knowing your teammates are doing the same — it makes showing up feel good. Contributing to a collective goal with your team is fun and motivating.

Every athlete's weekly training status is visible to the whole team — colour coded green, yellow, and red. Athletes see exactly where they stand relative to their teammates in real time.
Showing up gets noticed. Not showing up gets noticed too. When your status is visible to every teammate, there's a social reward for being in the green and a social cost to sitting in the red. That's peer accountability — one of the most powerful motivators in a team environment.
Hive is built for programs where teammates are putting in work across different gyms, cities, and schedules. If your team trains apart but competes together, this was built for them.
More and more players are logging workouts every day.
We're piloting with a small number of programs this season. Send us a note to learn more or request a demo.
